<p class="p1">Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan penggerak utama perekonomian masyarakat, khususnya yang berada di wilayah pedesaan pinggiran sungai dengan mata pencaharian sehari-hari mencari ikan. Kelompok penjual ikan asin di Desa Sungai Batang Ilir memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung ekonomi lokal, namun menghadapi berbagai kendala. Permasalahan yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan modal, minimnya pengetahuan manajemen usaha, minimnya dalam keterampilan pengemasan produk rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran, serta masalah kesehatan kerja. Sebagian penjual ikan asin mengeluhkan nyeri punggung akibat posisi kerja monoton dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai praktik kerja yang aman serta higienis. Kondisi tersebut berdampak menurunkan daya saing, membatasi jangkauan pasar, dan berdampak pada produktivitas pekerja. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan kelompok penjual ikan asin serta merumuskan strategi penguatan UMKM berbasis hasil analisis kebutuhan. Pendekatan partisipatif digunakan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD) dengan penjual ikan asin. Identifikasi kebutuhan menunjukkan prioritas pada upaya peningkatan kapasitas manajemen usaha, pemanfaatan media digital, serta edukasi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil, maka strategi penguatan yang ditawarkan mencakup sosialisasi kesehatan kerja terkait ergonomi, perlindungan diri, dan higienitas pengolahan ikan asin, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan manajemen usaha, pelaihan <em>branding</em> dan pemasaran digital <em>online</em>. Penguatan UMKM lebih efektif bila didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan riil kelompok, sehingga strategi yang disusun aplikatif, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan daya saing, produktivitas, dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat dipinggiran Sungai.</p>Annisa FebrianaRestiana Kartika Mantasti HapsariHeryyanoor Heryyanoor

<p><em>Generation Z and Alpha students face complex developmental challenges in the digital era, including moral degradation and increasing individualism driven by social media. These conditions require school counselors to adapt their services to align with the unique characteristics of these generations. Deep learning, as promoted in the Merdeka Curriculum, offers a relevant approach; however, school counselors' understanding of this concept and its practical application remains limited. This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding of deep learning-based guidance and counseling services among high school counselors in the MGBK (School Counselors’ Association) of Kudus Regency. The activity involved 70 school counselors and employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach over two weeks, consisting of five phases: (1) Diagnosing, identifying the core issues—difficulties in analyzing students’ needs and limited understanding of deep learning; (2) Action Planning, designing interventions through seminars, lectures, demonstrations, and online mentoring; (3) Action Taking, conducting training sessions with expert speakers; (4) Evaluating, assessing the intervention’s impact using open-ended questionnaires; and (5) Specifying Learning, documenting lessons learned from successes and challenges. The results showed a significant increase in counselors’ understanding, with average scores improving from 4.28 to 5.42. These findings indicate that the deep learning approach can be effectively integrated into school counseling practices through contextual and collaborative professional development programs.</em></p>Yunita Dwi Setyoningsih

<p><em>This research, which was conducted in one unit with community service activities, aims to provide character development training for students based on Islamic boarding school values at SMK 1 Ma'arif, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This research is based on a sense of concern about the increasing number of juvenile delinquencies among high school students. Juvenile delinquency is triggered by several factors such as globalization, modernization, and the rapid development of information technology. This research focuses on efforts to minimize the negative impacts of these factors. This research uses a focus group discussion or FGD data collection method involving 18 respondents. This qualitative research uses the theoretical framework of Imam Al-Ghazali's philosophical thought, in order to analyze reflectively-philosophically the values of Islamic boarding school culture as a basis for developing character education for students at SMK 1 Ma'arif, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The community service activities used were the lecture method and action plan assistance. The lecture method is used to convey material related to the values of Islamic boarding school education in order to build the character of adolescents at SMK 1 Ma'arif, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This action plan mentoring method, participants are asked to submit a proposal for "Development of Student Activities at SMK 1 Ma'arif, Sleman, Yogyakarta through the Habituation of Pesantren Culture". The implementation of this research and community service activity was carried out at SMK 1 Ma'arif, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The target of this research and community service activity is the participants of the Student Character Development Training Based on Pesantren Values at SMK 1 Ma'arif, Sleman Yogyakarta.
