They still face some challenges in applied this method because there was no a significant or fixed guidline in teaching process both in online or offline classroom. Based on the fenomena, t</em><em>his research aims to carry out the teaching activities done by lecturers` receptive skills in the Covid-19 period at STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau in implementing Blended Learning. The research informants were the lecturers` receptive skills that consisted of 2 reading skill lecturers and 1 listening skill lecturer. They taught with Blended Learning in the even semester of the academic year 2020/2021. This research was descriptive qualitative. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview. The instruments adopted from the activity theory by Meliawati, Nitiasih and Budasi (2014). The technique of data analysis were reduction, display and conclusion. Globalization brings major changes in the way people live. These changes are driven by the growing development of science and technology, which has an impact on various sectors of life, including in the field of education. The design of learning media at this time not only utilizes objects that can be found in everyday life but also utilizes the digital world. Canva is an application that can be developed in the process of making science learning media that really needs the media as an introduction to information from the content of abstract learning materials. The Canva application provides a variety of interesting features that can make it easier for teachers to create learning media, one of which is the availability of various templates that can be used in the process of designing learning media, one of which is science subjects in MI/SD. In carrying out this research, the literature review method was used, namely the process of placing, obtaining, reading, and evaluating various research literature related to or related to the issue to be studied. This study aims to analyze the online learning process in the science subject matter of Energy and its Changes through a scientific approach at the fourth grade level at MI Miftahul Ulum Bago Pasirian. This study uses a quantitative approach and the respondents are teachers at Elementary School Plus Tahfizhul Qur'an (PTQ) Annida Salatiga in 2021. The results of this study are (1) there is an influence between spiritual motivation, self-control, and attitude of responsibility towards teaching ethos with a positive significance value of 0.000. (2) The meaning of life in an Islamic perspective can strengthen the influence between spiritual motivation, self-control, and a responsible attitude towards teaching ethos with the acquisition of a positive significance value of 0.000. (3) The coefficient of determination of 0.938 indicates that 93.8% of teaching ethos can be explained from spiritual motivation, self-control, and responsibility, the remaining 6.2% is explained by other factors outside the model such as teacher competence, academic supervision, performance, and other factors. The difficulties, among others, are the difficulty of getting materials, this makes the use of technology very much needed. This journal aims to review the important role of educational technology as a solution to learning problems during the pandemic, using a descriptive-analytical literature study method. The results of this review indicate that digital technology has an important role in the teaching and learning process during the current pandemic. Submission of material is also done using technology. In carrying out something, there are always obstacles and obstacles to be overcome, including those related to values, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and facilities and infrastructure used when learning online. Sufficient training and literacy can be a solution to face these challenges. Utilization of digital-based technology is considered effective and becomes a teacher's solution in carrying out online learning. But in reality there are still a few teachers who still use the media in the learning process, thereby reducing student learning outcomes. One of the most frequently used learning media is power point media, interactive power point media is a medium that is easy and can be used by everyone and can be varied according to student needs. The aim is to describe the design and effectiveness of power point media in Islamic religious education subjects. This type of research is Research and Development using a 4D research model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative through a questionnaire. The research subjects </em><em>is 40% from students </em><em>were 13 students of class 1 SDN Sukowinangun 2 Magetan. The data obtained is qualitative data and then converted into quantitative data by using product moment. This study aims to describe the management of Team Teaching, the supporting and inhibiting factors of Team Teaching management at MI Muhammamdiyah 6 Nglegok Jenangan Ponorogo. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach directed to the field and uses a general system that does not require a theoretical study. In this research, the data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation methods to answer the management of Team Teaching at MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Jenangan Ponorogo. This attitude of tolerance needs to be developed in the world of education. researchers conducted research on the value of the character of tolerance that was applied through thematic learning in civic education subjects. With the existence of tolerance character education in this learning activity, the researchers hope that with the aim of being able to form students who are moral, ethical, and have character, especially being able to always be tolerant both in the school environment and in the community. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive method aimed at describing the teacher's role in inculcating the value of the character of tolerance in Civics subjects. The results of this study indicate that MI Ma'arif Plaosan Darussalam Plaosan has implemented the character of tolerance, the form of the character of tolerance is, not insulting friends of different ethnicity/racial, always respecting differences of opinion of friends, obeying school rules and so on.
