However, the utilization of the harvest has remained limited to sales in the form of unhusked or milled rice, without further product diversification. To enhance value-added potential and competitiveness, an innovation was introduced to process organic red rice into healthy cereal products. The Community Service Program (KKN) of the University of Jember collaborated with local partners, including a farmer group, the women’s organization (PKK), and the youth association (Karang Taruna) of Sumberejo Village, to conduct education and training activities focused on producing organic red rice-based cereal. The program involved a village potential survey, formulation of the work plan, and hands-on training in production techniques, marketing strategies, and product packaging. The results indicate an increase in the community’s knowledge and skills in diversifying agricultural products. This initiative has successfully created opportunities for entrepreneurship based on local resources and has contributed to strengthening the village’s food security through the sustainable development of economically valuable products.
2025-12-12T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Intan Rahmatika El Putri Utami, Nely Meliatus Sa’idah, Rendi Afif, Firda Ulinnuha, Natasya Stivani Putri, Sabrina Claudia Anggraini Putri, Ahmad Naufal Falah, Anggo Kusuma Sukarno, Setiyono Setiyonohttps://journal.unugiri.ac.id/index.php/mafaza/article/view/4717DAMPAK E-COMMERCE DAN SISTEM PEMBAYARAN DIGITAL TERHADAP DAYA BELI BATIK GIRILOYO2025-06-22T03:53:41+00:00Lika Holipalikaholipa92@gmail.comWinny Lian Seventeenwlseventeen@gmail.comAnggi Okta Feroniksaanggiokta2610@gmail.comRoy Refando Sipahutarroyrefando5@gmail.comCindi Fransisca Salimcindyf678@gmail.comQaulan Syadidahsifanya235@gmail.com
The development of digital technology has driven transformation across various sectors, including micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Sentra Batik Giriloyo, as one of the traditional batik centers in Yogyakarta, faces challenges in maintaining its existence amid modern market competition. Limited understanding and application of e-commerce and digital payment systems have become major obstacles to enhancing the competitiveness and purchasing power of the community toward local batik products. This community service program aims to enhance the artisans’ capacity in producing batik within a specific period, including improving the efficiency of the batik-making process, ensuring the availability of raw materials, and optimizing tools and production techniques. It also focuses on utilizing e-commerce platforms and digital payment systems to expand the market and promote local economic growth. The program partners are batik artisans in the Giriloyo area, Imogiri District, Bantul Regency. The methods employed include training, technical assistance, and direct evaluation of implementation. The results of the program indicate that the partners are able to understand the benefits of using e-commerce, manage online stores independently, and utilize digital payment systems such as QRIS and digital wallets. Additionally, the increase in online transactions reflects a rise in consumer purchasing interest. This program has positively impacted the improvement of digital literacy among MSMEs and the purchasing power of the community toward culturally-based local products.
2025-12-12T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Lika Holipa, Winny Lian Seventeen, Anggi Okta Feroniksa, Roy Refando Sipahutar, Cindi Fransisca Salim, Qaulan Syadidahhttps://journal.unugiri.ac.id/index.php/mafaza/article/view/5631PENDAMPINGAN PENERAPAN VALUE CLARIFICATION TECHNIQUE UNTUK PENGUATAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KARAKTER DI SEKOLAH DASAR2025-12-15T13:48:55+00:00Sigit Hariyadisigithariyadi@mail.unnes.ac.idIndrajati Kunwijayaindrajatikunwijaya@mail.unnes.ac.idAchmad Miftachul 'Ilmiachmadilmi@mail.unnes.ac.idPetra Kristi Mulyanipetra.mulyani@mail.unnes.ac.idKusnarto Kurniawankusnarto@mail.unnes.ac.idMaria Theresia Sri Hartatimth.hartati@mail.unnes.ac.idNailah Rizqia Azharnailahrizqiaazhar@students.unnes.ac.idDewi Ayu Setiyawatidewiayusetiyawati46@students.unnes.ac.idM. These conditions indicate limitations in pedagogical approaches to character education that have not yet systematically engaged students in value reflection processes. This community service program aimed to enhance the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in implementing character education based on the Value Clarification Technique (VCT). The program was conducted in Sambirejo Village, Semarang Regency, involving 16 teachers from two elementary schools as partner institutions. The service employed a participatory training and mentoring approach, including needs analysis, VCT workshops, mentoring during classroom implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through pre- and post-tests of teachers’ understanding, observations of instructional practices, and reflective mentoring notes, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis. The results indicate an improvement in teachers’ understanding of VCT concepts and implementation steps, changes in instructional practices toward more dialogical and reflective learning, and improvements in classroom dynamics characterized by increased empathy, mutual respect, and students’ prosocial behavior. These findings demonstrate that VCT-based mentoring is effective in strengthening character education in elementary schools and contributes to the development of a child-friendly and character-oriented school culture.
2025-12-12T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Sigit Hariyadi, Indrajati Kunwijaya, Achmad Miftachul 'Ilmi, Petra Kristi Mulyani, Kusnarto Kurniawan, Maria Theresia Sri Hartati, Nailah Rizqia Azhar, Dewi Ayu Setiyawati, M. Limited implementation of Continuity of Care (CoC), inadequate physical activity, and suboptimal nutritional intake contribute to increased maternal health risks. This community service activity aimed to improve maternal health through the YOGITA Program (Yoga Ibu Tangguh & Asupan Gizi Tepat), which is based on a Continuity of Care approach. The program methods included CoC-based mentoring, prenatal yoga classes, and nutritional education delivered to 25 pregnant women in their second and third trimesters within the working area of Kedungwungu Primary Health Center. Data were collected using knowledge questionnaires, mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC) measurements, hemoglobin level assessments, as well as observations and brief interviews conducted before and after the intervention. The results demonstrated an improvement in maternal knowledge, with the proportion of participants in the “good” category increasing from 76% to 92% following the intervention. Maternal nutritional status was predominantly classified as good, as indicated by normal MUAC in 88% of participants and non-anemic status in 92%. In addition, participants reported improved physical fitness, relaxation, and readiness for childbirth. Program outputs included enhanced maternal capacity, the development of nutritional education posters, and a community-based prenatal yoga class model. This activity contributes to strengthening promotive maternal health efforts through a holistic and sustainable approach and has the potential to be replicated in other primary health care settings.
2025-12-12T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Silviatul Amaliahttps://journal.unugiri.ac.id/index.php/mafaza/article/view/5741GERAKAN HIJAU SEKOLAH: UPAYA MENJAGA EKOSISTEM LINGKUNGAN MELALUI PENANAMAN POHON 2025-12-24T14:30:49+00:00Mutmainah Mutmainahmutmainah@iain-manado.ac.idArdianto Ardiantoardianto@iain-manado.ac.idRhyan Prayuddy Reksamunandarrhyan.reksamunandar@iain-manado.ac.idIlham Syahilham.syah@iain-manado.ac.idWildan Y Anuliwadan.anuli@iain-manado.ac.idAndi Asmaandi.asma@iain-manado.ac.idKadir Kadirkadir@iain-manado.ac.idAgung Budi Santosoagung.santoso@iain-manado.ac.idDwi Cahyanidwi.cahyani@iain-manado.ac.idAditya Jibril Zahran Bachdaraditya.bachdar@iain-manado.ac.idDinda Rahmawati Anugrah Idjidindaidjii140@gmail.comNazwa Zahratusitha Timbulusnzwatmbls@gmail.com
The program aims to foster students’ eco-theological awareness through tree-planting activities as a form of responsibility toward God’s creation, while also creating a green, healthy, and spiritually enriched school environment.
