The increase in negative social behaviors, such as low discipline, lack of empathy, and bullying among elementary school students, has become a serious challenge in the field of education. This condition highlights the importance of preventive efforts through character education integrated with religious values and early legal awareness. This community service program aims to enhance students’ social understanding and skills through child education based on Islamic values and the strengthening of basic legal awareness as an effort to prevent negative social behavior. The service partners in this program were fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-grade students at SDN Karawang Barat, involving teachers, parents, as well as religious and community leaders. The program employed a participatory approach based on religious values, implemented through stages of needs analysis, program and material development, socialization activities, group discussions, practical exercises and simulations, evaluation, and continuous mentoring. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding of various forms of negative social behavior and bullying, as well as increased courage to report and reject such behaviors. These findings suggest that the integration of Islamic values with a participatory approach is effective in fostering positive social behavior and strengthening children’s character. Therefore, this community service program is significant as a preventive educational model for creating a safe, ethical, and harmonious school environment.
