This research is motivated by the fact that many first-grade students at SDN Cengungklung struggle to memorize and recognize the harakat in Surah Al-Fatihah. Therefore, the development of a Kodular-based e-handout is chosen to make the learning process more varied and to help students better understand and memorize Surah Al-Fatihah more easily. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model covering the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data were collected through observations, interviews, expert validation questionnaires for language, design, and material, as well as student response questionnaires. The analysis of observation and interview data was conducted through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while questionnaire data were analyzed using quantitative techniques. Validation results show that the e-handout is very feasible to use with validation percentages from language experts at 88%, media experts at 87%, and material experts at 88%. Student responses reached 85% in the very feasible category, and all validators gave positive assessments. Thus, the Kodular-based e-handout effectively improves the memorization and recognition of harakat of Surah Al-Fatihah for first-grade students in PAI BP at SDN Cengungklung.
