Implementasi Program Adiwiyata Sebagai Sarana Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam Di SMP Negeri 1 Diwek Jombang

This study focuses on the implementation process of the Adiwiyata program as a means of internalizing Islamic religious education values at SMPN 1 Diwek Jombang. This study employed a qualitative approach using field research methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of the Adiwiyata program as a means of internalizing Islamic religious education values was carried out in an integrated manner through habituation, exemplary behavior, and the assignment of responsibility. This approach successfully instilled Islamic values sustainably and shaped students' character holistically by integrating the values of faith, morality, and environmental awareness. The conclusion of this study shows that through consistent real-world activities, the value of responsibility became deeply rooted, encouraging students to apply Islamic teachings in daily life. Although obstacles exist in the form of declining awareness and consistency among students, the internalization process continues sustainably, supported by structured programs, school policies, and the active involvement of all school members.
