Transformasi Kepemimpinan Pendidikan dan Tantangan Profesi Masa Depan dalam Era Disrupsi

Technological developments and rapid social changes in the era of global disruption bring great challenges to educational leadership. Educational leaders must not only manage institutions efficiently, but also be able to adapt to dynamic external changes. This study aims to evaluate the transformation of educational leadership in facing professional challenges in the era of disruption. This research focuses on identifying factors that influence educational leadership as well as adaptation strategies that can be applied by leaders in responding quickly to global changes. The method used is Systematic Literature Review with literature sources from Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar indexed databases, covering publications from 2014 to 2024. The results indicate that educational leaders in the era of disruption need to adopt innovative approaches, such as transformational and disruptive leadership, to face emerging challenges. These approaches demand effective communication skills, creative problem-solving and the development of adequate educational infrastructure. The success of leadership transformation depends on the ability to adapt to technology as well as the ability to build a solid team and create a responsive educational environment. This research provides important insights into leadership strategies to maintain the relevance of educational institutions amid global disruption.
