Vol. 1 No. 1 (2022): Jurnal Statistika dan Komputasi

Jurnal Statistika dan Komputasi (STATKOM) is an open-access journal (e-journal) published by the Statistics Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri (UNUGIRI). STATKOM publishes the article based on research or equivalent to research results in applied statistics and computation on various scopes related to Computational Statistics and Data Analysis. This journal is published twice a year (June and December) in Indonesian and English. It started to publish in June 2022 (Vol. 1 No. 1 June 2022), and each number contains five articles. This edition of the STATKOM Journal features five research articles showcasing the application of statistical and spatial analysis methods in agriculture, health, public services, and civil administration. The studies include modeling rice availability in Bojonegoro Regency using Panel Data Regression, applying Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression (GWPR) to analyze dengue fever cases in Bojonegoro, forecasting the number of outpatients with Brown’s Double Exponential Smoothing, analyzing user satisfaction with parking attendants from the Bojonegoro Transportation Agency using Ordinal Logistic Regression, and a comparative clustering study of districts in Bojonegoro based on residents’ possession of civil documents. The diversity of topics and methodologies reflects the crucial role of data analysis in supporting evidence-based public policy.
