SOSIALISASI EDUKASI BAGIAN TUBUH PRIBADI SEBAGAI UPAYA PENGUATAN KESADARAN AWAL PERLINDUNGAN DIRI

Cases of sexual violence and harassment against adolescents underscore the urgency of preventive education in school environments. However, self-protection education is often constrained by the sensitivity of the topic and the lack of programs specifically designed to accommodate the psychological transition of early adolescents. This community service activity aims to provide early awareness strengthening regarding self-protection through an interactive educational socialization method themed "Know Your Boundaries, Protect Yourself". The activity was conducted at SMP Nasional Denpasar, involving 260 seventh-grade students. Evaluation was carried out qualitatively and descriptively through observation of engagement, discussion, and oral reflection. The results indicate that the use of visual media and a contextual situational approach successfully reduced awkwardness when discussing sensitive topics. Unlike conventional programs, this activity contributes to creating a safe initial educational space for students in a classical setting to recognize private body boundaries, distinguish between safe and unsafe touch, and practice the courage to seek help. As a follow-up plan to address the limitations of one-way socialization, future programs will focus on utilizing structured evaluations (pre-test and post-test), recording interactive responses anonymously, and directly involving school counselors and parents to ensure the sustainability of educational programs in the school environment.
