The journal is registered with E-ISSN 2963-0398 (online) and ISSN 2963-038X (print). This volume of the journal presents robust scientific contributions through the synergy of advanced data science methods, statistics, and actuarial modeling to address complex multisectoral problems. Its primary strength lies in applying explainable artificial intelligence (Explainable AI based on SHAP and Multimodal Deep Learning) alongside dynamic econometric approaches, financial risk modeling, and spatio-stochastic analysis. Through this methodology, the articles in this volume outline data-driven solutions to critical issues, ranging from insurance risk management and global capital market dynamics to public policies that directly impact Indonesian society, such as stunting prevention, poverty alleviation in Papua, protection of low-income farming households, and the detection of digital crime. Overall, the integration of statistical theory and practical applicability makes this volume a valuable, highly cited reference on a global scale.
