This descriptive quantitative research aims to explain the stages of calculation using the PROMETHEE method and the Borda Count method in the process of selecting new employees. There are 10 alternatives which are prospective employee data and 10 qualification criteria. There are 3 decision makers who determine the assessment of the interview process, namely the head of HRD, area manager and branch manager. The data is processed using the PROMETHEE method to obtain the value of the decision to determine the order and then the value is ranked using the Borda Count method. Alternative H that gets the highest rating is a candidate who has the right to pass to become a new employee of the company.Downloads
