This edition contains ten articles that address ways to improve the quality of physical education and athlete performance, character development, and physical and mental health, through educational approaches, exercise, and technological innovation. Several articles emphasise the importance of innovative learning models, such as Sport Education-Traditional Games and augmented reality-based media, in enhancing self-efficacy and the effectiveness of PJOK learning. Conversely, athlete development is discussed through character studies, achievements, physical training and psychological strategies in sports such as wrestling, handball and sepaktakraw. Health aspects are also addressed, including brain and body exercises for the elderly and injury prevention for office workers involved in irregular sports activities. Additionally, studies examine the influence of social factors, such as education and maternal employment, on students' nutritional status, as well as the development of edupark-based schools and educational tourism as strategies to enhance educational quality. Overall, these articles affirm the importance of a holistic approach integrating physical, mental, social and technological aspects in education and sport. All ten articles in this edition were written or co-written by 33 authors from Indonesia.
